OK so when we met up the other week, granted Katie you weren't there, we were all talking about how we needed ideas for dinners. So i have created this blog so we can all enter any great dinner ideas. Not sure if it will work or not but hey might as well give it a go...

I think this is a fantastic idea. I'm always looking for easy, quick recipes, typically with 5 ingredients or less. Ha. I'm not a very complicated cooker.
