5 Cloves of Garlic
3 oz Butter
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Tomato Puree
1 tsp Cinnamon
4 Tomatoes
1 lbs of chicken
- Heat oven to 325F
- Place Onion, Butter, Garlic in a casserole dish on the stove top and saute slowly.
- Chop chicken into cubes and then add to the dish.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the Tomatoes, Puree and spices, plus one cup of water.
- Bring it all to the boil, then cover and place the dish in the Oven for 2 hours.
- Excellent with Potatoes or Rice.
