This is so easy, sorry Laura i know there are more than 5 ingredients AGAIN but i swear you will probably have most of them already honest!
30 fl 0z low sodium broth
1 potato
1 onion
1 carrot
2 sticks of celery
1/2 cup of frozen peas
1 tsp Italian mixed herbs, (if i have it is use fresh herbs)
1/2 cup of small shell pasta
1 large can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes
salt and pepper
- In a large saucepan, combined the chopped veg, broth and herbs and bring to the boil
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add the pasta and tomatoes; cook till pasta is ready
