Let the pastry rest while you mix the filling.&lt;br /&gt;Combine the ingredients in a bowl.  If you wish you may cook of the onion before hand, but it is not necessary.&lt;br /&gt;Half the pastry an roll out into an oblong. Cutting off excess.&lt;br /&gt;place the filling along the middle an fold along sealing with water to form a tube.&lt;br /&gt;cut into 3-4 inch sausage rolls.&lt;br /&gt;Roll out and form the remainder of the sausage rolls.&lt;br /&gt;egg wash and cover in sesame seeds for extra crunch.&lt;br /&gt;Bake in an Oven at 375F for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You could easily add some spinach or other veggies. You could add some Hummus in the mixture instead of the egg. /&gt;1 clove of garlic&lt;br /&gt;1 tbspn coriander&lt;br /&gt;1 tspn of cumin&lt;br /&gt;1 carrot chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 can of chick peas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Boil potatoes and carrots together.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;In a large  frying pan, brown the onions with the oil, then add the garlic, coriander and cumin.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add the potatoes, carrot and chick peas into the frying pan and mix together.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Allow to simmer for 10 -15 mins.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;you can leave the mixture chunky or you can place the mixture in a food processor and blend together.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cut pastry into circles, fill 1/2 circle with mixture then use egg wash to seal and close up.  cover the top with egg wash and then top with sesame seeds. tomato sauce&lt;br /&gt;Garlic&lt;br /&gt;onion&lt;br /&gt;green pepper&lt;br /&gt;4 oz grated cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Brown the ground beef, then add in garlic, chopped onion and pepper to taste.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;mix in tomato sauce and allow to simmer for 5-10 mins&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;meanwhile roll out the pizza dough on a cookie sheet.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;once the meat is ready, place it all over the dough, top with grated cheese, then roll it up into the Stromboli shape (a huge sausage.)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bake in the oven at 400F for 15-20 mins until &lt;h2 style="padding: 4px 0px 10px;"&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Preparation&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Melt the butter in a large pan and fry the chopped onions until very soft.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt; So i thought i had better share, with my fellow mummies who read this blog, Enjoy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Meatloaf&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The recipe is great and the ingredients things most will have, and you can add to it.  She likes to use Ground Turkey breast and as many healthy and organic  ingredients as possible. Her final tip is to cook it in Muffin tins. Roll out the balls into circles about 1/4" thick.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Cut the circles into quarters and the prick with a fork all over.  Use a fish slice to transfer to a hot griddle or frying pan and cook on each side till golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Serve warm with butter and a breakfast, or wrap in foil and keep for a day. Use rolling pin to thin out dough  just a bit, not too much Spread a layer of cream cheese on the dough and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Place spinach leaves on top, then  lunch meat, press into cream cheese.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Roll up jelly roll style.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Wrap roll into plastic wrap.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;At this point you can put into fridge to  freeze and cook the next day.  Otherwise place in freezer for about 30 - 50  minutes.  It's easier to cut when slightly frozen but impossible to cut when  completely frozen.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cut into slices about 1/3". It was part of a Pillsbury bake off contest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;h2&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;INGREDIENTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;                                                          &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     2 (8 ounce) cans Pillsbury garlic butter crescent rolls&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     3 eggs&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     1 small onion, chopped&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     1 (9 ounce) box  spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     1/4 teaspoon salt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     1/8 teaspoon pepper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;                                     1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;                                                                                    &lt;!-- tool box --&gt;                                                                                 &lt;!-- DIRECTIONS --&gt;                 &lt;h2&gt;                     &lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;DIRECTIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;                                                           &lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt; Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray muffin cups with Cooking Spray. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt; Separate each can of crescent dough into 8 triangles. Press 1 triangle on bottom and up side of each muffin cup.I used one triangle for two mini's&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt; In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in onion, spinach, salt and pepper until well mixed. Fold in cheese. Fill each cup to the top with egg mixture (do not overfill). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt; Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and edges of rolls are golden brown. Remove from pan. Dave's on his diet and i make all my meals for the kids and i just eat one or the other.  Not very organised, but the diet is too restrictive for the kids.  Anyway enough rambling, everyone else is eating and with the snow outside i am posting some comfort food.  Saw this on Rachael ray yesterday, it looked so good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The list looks long but basically it's pasta, spinach, artichoke and cheese, with other basics that you probably have.  I am making this next pot luck.....  All i need is a party&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.rachaelrayshow.com/food/recipes/spinach-and-artichoke-mac-and-cheese/"&gt;Spinach and Artichoke Mac and Cheese&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li class="first-child"&gt;Salt &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="second-child"&gt;1 pound regular or whole wheat penne &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 tablespoons EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 tablespoons butter &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 large onion, finely chopped &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 tablespoons flour &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup white wine &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cups milk &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A few grates fresh nutmeg &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 10-ounce box frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and wrung dry in a kitchen towel &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 10-ounce box frozen chopped artichokes, defrosted and wrung dry in a kitchen towel &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ground black pepper &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/4 cups shredded Italian Fontina cheese, plus additional for sprinkling on top &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="last-child"&gt;1 1/4 cups grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, plus additional for sprinkling on top &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Make pasta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;While the pasta is cooking, place a medium pot over medium-low heat with 2 turns of the pan of EVOO, about 2 tablespoons, and the butter. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook the veggies until very soft, about 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turn the heat up to medium-high and sprinkle the flour into the pan. Cook for about 1 minute then whisk the wine into the pan, cooking for another minute to burn off the alcohol. Whisk the milk into the pan and bring up to a bubble. Add the nutmeg, veggies, some salt and pepper to the sauce, and simmer until thickened, 2-3 minutes. Add the cheeses to the sauce and stir until melted.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turn the heat up to medium-high and sprinkle the flour into the pan. Cook for about 1 minute then whisk the wine into the pan, cooking for another minute to burn off the alcohol. Whisk the milk into the pan and bring up to a bubble. Add the nutmeg, veggies, some salt and pepper to the sauce, and simmer until thickened, 2-3 minutes. Add the cheeses to the sauce and stir until melted.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Toss the prepared sauce with the cooked pasta and transfer to a casserole dish. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.&lt;br /&gt;Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.&lt;br /&gt;Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.&lt;br /&gt;Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.&lt;br /&gt;The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!&lt;br /&gt;Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.&lt;br /&gt;EAT! In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.  &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Add gradually to first mixture and add vanilla.  Fold in apples and half of the nuts.  &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Place in a 13x9x2-inch greased and floured pan or two 8- or 9-inch round pans.  &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of nuts and ¼ cup of sugar over top. This one is vegetarian, but i add chicken in sometimes.  I am busy making this right now for recipe club. egg&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;3 tablespoons sour milk &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;2 cups flour&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;1 scant teaspoon baking soda&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;1 teaspoon vanilla&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;¾ cup broken walnuts (optional)&lt;/p&gt;        &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;P&lt;/o:p&gt;reheat oven to 350 degrees.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Cream sugar and butter together, add bananas and beat.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Then add egg and milk.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Lastly add dry ingredients- mix only until blended.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Add nuts last.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Bake in 9 in pan for about 30 minutes.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Test with toothpick.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;(I usually double the recipe and put it in a 13 by 9 in pan for 45 minute-60 minutes.)&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.5in;"&gt;¼ cup butter softened&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;Directions:&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;Preheat oven to 375 degrees, grease a 9 inch pan.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Blend the first 7 ingredients together.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Beat vigorously ½ minutes – stir in berries carefully. In a separate bowl, mix the topping ingredients with a fork or pastry blender until completely crumbly.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Spread the batter mixture into a greased 9inch square or round pan, top with topping and bake for 40-50 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b style=""&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Caramel Corn Recip&lt;/span&gt;e (I actually won a school contest on this one!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;1 cup butter&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;2 cup brown sugar&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;½ cup light corn syrup&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;1 tsp. salt&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;1 tsp. vanilla&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;½ tsp. baking soda&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;6 qt popcorn (I use 3 bags of microwave extra butter popcorn)&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;Make popcorn and put in a turkey pan or deep pan. Boil the first 4 ingredients without stirring. Take off the heat and add the vanilla and baking soda. Pour over the popcorn and bake at 250 degrees stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on parchment paper and then store in tight container. Shred 1/2 the cheese and stir into mixture.Pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole and bake covered at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
